Manual Working Stations

In order to guarantee that the right amount of products is packed into the bag, they first have to be counted.

The products can be counted using both manual and fully automated processed.

Manual product feed-in is performed by an operator. In this instance, the products that have to be packed are arranged on a work table. These might be built with or without dividers, depending on the product range, client preference, or our own recommendation. The operator feeds the products straight into the filling pipe of the packing machine either individually or all together and then presses the start button. The bag is sealed automatically, labeled if necessary, cut, and transported out.

Partial feed-in is certainly the most economical method for small quantities and batches, since it is possible to switch to other products very quickly, and the packing machine does not require any modifications.

We have learned that is best to provide manual working stations without dividers for small quantities. We would recommend dividers for product ranges or larger batches, which may also consist of a variety of different products, depending on the client's wishes.
